49.5MW wind farm located in Dalaidong of Xinbaerhu Youqi (Chenbaerhu Qi), Hulunbeir of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China by Guohua AES Chenbaerhu Qi Wind Energy Co., Ltd., joint venture of Guohua Energy Investment Corporation and AES Corporation. I believe this item should be about phase 1 of the project. Regarding phase 1, there are still many unknowns about this project, such as total investment amount, concession term, and exact financial closing date. However given the fragmented data, it is pretty certain that the project has reach financial closing by the end of 2011. The plant is expected to be operational in 2012. AES' share in the JV is still unknown, but given two preceding projects by the two partners, it possibly has a 49% stake in the project (needs to be confirmed in the future). The total investment on the project is RMB 472.4261 million (US$ 72.20 million).
