Description | 49.5MW wind farm located at Jinmangha of Haili, Xinganmeng of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China and developed by UPC Asia Wind Management. UPC seems to have plenty of projects in China but most of its projects have not been reported in detail in Chinese media. UPC has a 100% stake in this project. The total investment is RMB 500 million (US$ 76.41 million). By July 12, 2011, only RMB 20 million has been expended; by March 2012, RMB 350 million has been expended. It is therefore estimated that the project reach financial close by Nov 2011. Given the good progress of the project, it is estimated that the project can be completed by the end of 2012. |
