i4CAMhub is the EDIH of Castilla-La Mancha, created to support SMEs and public organisations in their digital transformation, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence. Coordinated by ITECAM, the hub brings together a stable regional consortium (5 BEN + 3 Aps) with proven capacity and a shared strategic vision. After being selected as an EDIH in 2022, it has delivered a great number of services, including test-before-invest actions, training, access to funding, and ecosystem support, always aligned with the needs of the territory. In the initiation phase (2022–2025), i4CAMhub carried out over 80 trainings, developed more than 240 demonstrators and diagnostics, and supported over 90 entities with funding strategies. Its maturity and operational quality have been proven by the continuous delivery of services, confirming the consistency of the model and the impact generated. Beyond quantitative indicators, the hub has succeeded in creating a common working logic among partners and establishing as a reference point for digitalisation in CLM. The consolidation phase will reinforce this foundation, expanding services and strengthening collaboration at the national and European levels. The work will focus intensely on SMEs in the agri-food, manufacturing, smart mobility, and health sectors. i4CAMhub will integrate responsible AI, sustainability and digital cohesion into the service offer. Special attention will be given to the ethical use of AI and to reducing territorial gaps in access to innovation. Connections with TEFs, AI Factories and other EDIHs will be explored to complement capacities and offer broader solutions to regional users. The proposed activities continue actual operations and respond to needs identified and addressed during the initiation phase. This ensures continuity and effective use of available resources to help regional organisations in the digital transformation journey, offering them personalised, accessible, and results-oriented support.
