Description | Four objectives: 1. to analyse LEAN Construction systems (production management systems) and their integration into the BIM rehabilitation project management process developed as part of the INFOMAT project. The BIM (Building Information Modeling) process uses a digital model to describe a rehabilitation project by concentrating all technical, organizational and financial information. This makes exchanges more fluid and saves time and quality. 2. Transfer to initial training and encourage cross-border university exchanges: Cross-border training and organisation of a cross-border BIM challenge with the engineering schools concerned. 3. Transfer to the professional sector: Application of methodologies and professional training on a pilot site in Bayonne. 4. Facilitate the creation of a network for the development and dissemination of new methodologies for work in rehabilitation. |
