The project “InPower Youth” aims at consulting young people on their proposals to expand youth participation at different levels and at providing the space for dialogue between young people and decision-makers to work on pathways to implement those proposals and take actions to trial some of them. Thus, the project entails the finalisation of the consultation phase - by continuing the consultations holding 9 sessions involving around 90 young people, and by disseminating the centralized EU Survey in Portugal. The outcomes of the consultations will result in a Summary of Results to be published as feedback to young people and institutions involved. The project will largely focus on the implementation phase and follow-up of the 8th cycle of the EU Youth Dialogue. This will involve, not only a cooperative dialogue between young people and decision-makers on the outcomes of the consultations but also an active effort to implement, at the national and the local level, actions proposed in the Toolbox, resulting from the EU Youth Conference in Portugal. Thus, we will: - Organize a national digital Forum with local and regional stakeholders with up to 150 participants on policies and mechanisms that can contribute to achieving the targets of the European Youth Goal 9; -Conduct 2 polls on youth voting in elections seeking to support evidence-based policy recommendations to help achieve the target 3 of and 7 of European Youth Goal 9. -Organize a workshop with around 40 youth representatives on the impact of Lowering the voting Age on youth participation in democracy -Organize a Seminar on Voting age and Youth Participation in electoral bodies and decision-making involving around 50 participants, among young people and national decision-makers; -Draft and publish a policy note on Voting age and Youth Participation in electoral bodies following the workshop and seminar. -Conduct a survey on the impact at the policy level of the Youth Dialogue at the national and local level;
