Description | The INSPYRE Innovation Hub, formerly known as The Tech Garden, is New York State's largest business incubator located in downtown Syracuse. The project involved a two-story addition to the existing building, renovations to existing spaces, updates to mechanical and security systems, a new 5,000-square-foot roof terrace, a 3,000-square-foot meeting room, private offices for 35 startups, coworking areas, expanded hardware space for prototype and product development, and a new entrance. It serves as the anchor for Syracuse's City Center Innovation Hub and supports the Syracuse Surge economic development strategy. |
