Description | The installation of an AVL (Automated Vehicle Location) system and WiFi equipment in our four buses will leverage new technologies and improve service reliability. The Wi-Fi will add additional value and offer a better experience for our passengers. With the GPS services, the ridership will be more reliable as our passengers will be able to know exactly where our buses are and if they are running late. In 2016, a survey was conducted towards our passengers and it was strongly expressed that both systems would be appreciated and would increase customer experience. Therefore, by installing these systems, ridership would increase. |
