Description | The objective of this technical cooperation is to improve the management and transparency of public expenditure in Colombia through the strengthening of fiscal control. Specifically, this TC seeks to: 1) strengthen fiscal control and fraud and corruption prevention, through the design of the Public Expenditure Observatory; 2) reinforce the focus on Results-Oriented Risk Management in the strategic processes of the CGR (Contralor General of the Republic); and 3) support the adoption of standards and good practices that allow to harmonize the practices of the CGR with the main current international regulations. |
