Description | The Insulate Ann Arbor program is a pilot initiative launched by the city of Ann Arbor and DTE Energy offering up to $1 million in combined rebates to multifamily rental properties for insulation and air sealing upgrades. The program aims to reduce energy costs for renters and make buildings healthier and more sustainable. Rebates provide up to $75,000 or 50% of project costs for standard properties, and up to $250,000 or 90% for income-qualified properties. Funding comes from the DTE Energy Efficiency Program and the city's Community Climate Action Millage. |
