Description

Description

The InsuResilience Investment Fund Private Equity II (IIF PE II) is designed as the successor to the InsuResilience Investment Fund Equity Sub-fund and continues its successful work within the InsuResilience Global Partnership. In addition to the FC funds, the IIF PE II will place up to USD 135 million from other public and institutional investors. The main objective of the fund is to improve the resilience of poor households, vulnerable people and small entrepreneurs to weather events, natural disasters, pests and pandemics. To this end, the fund invests in companies in the insurance value chain that aim to increase the resilience of the final beneficiaries in the event of the above-mentioned disasters. These companies operate in ODA recipient countries.
