Description	ENPPI has secured a $355 million contract from Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) for the integrated Budour — Northeast Birba project. The project aims to boost gas processing capacity at PDO’s Birba gas gathering station from 1.4 million to 4.2 million cubic metres per day, while maintaining oil processing at 4000 cubic metres per day. The scope includes engineering design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and six months of initial operational support after provisional acceptance. It also involves upgrading gas processing and utilisation systems to enhance operational efficiency and reduce gas flaring to minimal levels, supporting PDO’s environmental goals to eliminate routine flaring by 2030.
