The objective of the action is to contribute to the data collection regarding Integrated Farm Statistics thereby fulfilling our obligations laid down in regulation 2018/1091 on Integrated farm statistics and regulation 2021/2286. The statistics serve in particular the need to examine the trends in the structure of agricultural holdings at the Union level and to provide the statistical knowledge base necessary for the design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and review of related policies, in particular the common agricultural policy (CAP), including rural development measures, as well as environmental, climate change adaptation and mitigation and land use policies of the Union and some Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
