Description

Description

The Central Statistics Office (CSO) of Ireland will organize and implement the data collections in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1091 on integrated farm statistics. The objective of this action is to implement data collection for the reference year 2026 in compliance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2914 on the 2026 module data collections. According to the Regulation (EU) 2018/1091, for the reference year 2026, Member States shall collect and provide core structural data as well as data for the modules Labour force and other gainful activities, Rural development and Animal housing and manure management. This will be achieved using a combination of survey, administrative data and expert estimates. IE will make use, as fully as possible of administrative data to reduce duplication in the collection of data by government bodies, thereby reducing burden on respondents. IE will submit a validated dataset and quality report to Eurostat within the agreed deadlines which fulfills all data and precision requirements. Results will be published on the CSO Ireland website.
