"The general objective of the action is to carry out the survey on integrated farm statistics (IFS) in 2026, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1091 of the European Parliament and of the Council on integrated farm statistics (IFS) and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2914. The survey will cover ""core"" variables and module data in accordance with Annexes III and IV of the IFS Regulation and Annexes I, II, III of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2914. The IFS survey will be conducted in Poland from 01/06/2026 to 14/08/2026 and will cover 120,000 farms randomly selected for the survey for fulfilling the national and EU needs. Data will be obtained from respondents and from administrative sources. The survey will be carried out using CAxI methods (CAWI, CAPI, CATI). The works will be performed by 8 project teams consisting of employees of the Statistics Poland (GUS), 16 regional Statistical Offices (US) and the Statistical Computing Center (CIS). An external entity with knowledge and experience in the field of typology of farms, will be selected and employed as a subcontractor to develop typology algorithms. The results of the survey will be submitted to Eurostat and will be published on the Statistics Poland website and in statistical databases. Reports on the survey results and a publication on the characteristics of agricultural holdings will be prepared."
