The project's scope encompasses the construction of interconnected tunnels in the Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao regions of the Philippines,with opening slots regularly distributed and specially designed for passenger vehicles, cargo freights and farmer vans. Ports would also be connected by these tunnels.Additionally, the project also contemplates the developing of solar-powered urban areas built near the tunnels. The principal aim of the project is to support farmer and fisherman families of the region, allowing a better transport and distribution of their products from farm and sea gates to city markets.
