IN EU VALUES objectives •Fostering the introduction of a European Union angle in the educational culture and contribute to strengthen European identity and active citizenship among students and teachers •Empowering teachers to teach about the EU using engaging methods and to bring facts and knowledge about the European Union to their learners •Improving learning outcomes on EU matters •Strengthening EU literacy Activities •Developing EU modules •Piloting, improving, and integrating them to existing courses •Teaching them in the classes Beneficiaries •n. of 90 students aged 25-54 years old with 3rd grade as level of education •n. of 90 students aged 25-45 years old and graduates in socio-educational subjects Impact •Increased quality of EU innovative teaching and learning methods •An increase in opportunities for teaching staff in terms of professional development •Improved learning results about the EU of students who are better equipped with knowledge and understanding of the EU, its history, values, objectives as well as the institutions, decision making processes which influence the daily lives of young Europeans •Strengthened critical thinking on EU through delivery of facts & knowledge in classroom situations to illustrate the importance of EU citizenship and rights •Improving the involvement of students in democratic and equal life, in terms of active citizenship and engagement and diversity •Improving the innovative capacities of students in Italy •Improving the capacity of the students to work transnationally with care of inclusiveness, solidarity and sustainability •Demonstrating inclusion and accessibility of target groups •Transferring new tools and learning methods, promoting the acquisition/improvement of competences •Students developed an awareness as European citizens, both on a local and European level Outputs The ultimate outputs are 2 EU modules to be integrated to OSS course and OEPAC course addressing anti-discrimination European legislations
