Description | The project provides for the augmentation of processing capacity at Errigal Fish. This will involve an increase in the scale and scope of activity into Secondary & tertiary Processing Capacity of Non Quota Shellfish Products. These products will be sourced from the existing strategic supply linkages in Irish, Northern Irish & UK fisheries. This project will further strengthen the strategic base of the organisation with the addition of complementary value added export oriented Seafood Products. It is also planned to optimise and commercialise the utilisation of shellfish bye-product estimated at 6,000 mt. per annum.
