Interior and exterior repairs

This project aims to renovate the interior and exterior of Saint-Jacques elementary school in Shawinigan. The project consists of renovating classrooms and replacing interior classroom doors; the conversion of alcoves into changing rooms; repair of the roadway and the rainwater pipe; replacement of floor tiles; replacement of asbestos ceiling finish; replacement of counters in teaching premises; correction of sagging sumps in the backyard; development of play areas and repair of paving; repair of accesses, steps, stairs and sidewalks; repair of roofs and canopies. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading the quality of school infrastructure.
