Interior renovations at Pavilion AD (Phase 3)

The project aims to modernize the offices, completely renovate the bathrooms at Concordia University by integrating sanitary appliances that save energy and reduce water consumption. The spaces will be furnished with efficient lighting and the perimeter heating will be replaced by an electrical system. Updates will also be carried out to meet the requirements of the code, including non-conformities for the stairs and access to the exit. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading the quality of school infrastructure.
