The new 4,700 stall parking structure will provide new drop-off/pick-up locations and parking options for the airport. The grade parking structure will feature 5,000 square feet of concession space, restrooms, and a meet and greet area. The facility will be built between 96th Street and Westchester Parkway on what is currently home to Lot C and Avis. The ITF-West will provide a direct connection to the Automated People Mover (APM) station via pedestrian walkways, which will allow travelers and employees to easily access the terminal area. The parking structure will be the first major component of the Landside Access Modernization Program to be completed.
