Internal training Legal Advisors and Advertising Jury of AUTOCONTROL

Within the Strategic Plan of AUTOCONTROL to position itself with a national benchmark, among consumers, in the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and, as a follow-up to the previously subsidised projects, we believe it is necessary to develop an ambitious Internal and Continuing Training Plan, for all staff of the Legal Counsel and members of the Jury of Advertising of AUTOCONTROL, regarding specific EU legislation and its transposition into local legislation; creating, in addition, a repository on the AUTOCONTROL Intranet, in which each member of AUTOCONTROL, involved in the services provided to consumers, can consult and review the training obtained and be trained with other courses that have not received face-to-face. This repository will therefore also form part of the documentation and support for new additions to AUTOCONTROL and for the new members of the Advertising Jury (the members of the Jury are periodically renewed, and some of them have no specific training or knowledge in laws). In this way we will ensure continuous training appropriate to the needs of the moment, which will turn into a better, more agile and better quality service to consumers.
