International Hydrogen and Innovation Valley in Negev Desert

Israel plans to establish an international hydrogen and innovation valley in the eastern Negev desert, backed by a government investment of more than $12.5 million. The hub will include innovative technologies in hydrogen and energy, such as pyrolysis for hydrogen production, hydrogen-based electricity generators, and a hydrogen refuelling station. It will also support pilot projects in hydrogen production and various hydrogen uses, including hydrogen-powered transportation and industry applications. The project aims to strengthen Israel's status as a global leader in technology and innovation, increase energy security, diversify energy sources, and produce non-polluting energy.
