The project proposes an integrated action to develop tourism in the area border zone of the Matterhorn, in particular the towns of Zermatt and Valtournenche and includes promotional activities locally and creating a common brand. We also want to strengthen the synergies between the two stations taking advantage of the great opportunities offered by the international ski area that allows for quick links the shift of customers Zermatt and Valtournenche put into effect a characterization of the target International, to define the positioning of the Pays du Cervin in the international market. Around this new product will work towards strengthening cross-border relations between the Municipalities and tour operators in order to increase the competitiveness of the district international participation in a process of decisini tourism development in the medium and long term.
