Description | In cooperation with PRMA, music professionals in Reunion and the Indian Ocean area and a number of institutions, Scènes Australes is implementing a programme of professional exchanges aimed at developing professional networks and overall the music sector of the Indian Ocean: IOMMA — Indian Ocean Music MArket. The transnational programme, based on common development, joint implementation and joint funding, includes the music market to be held in La Réunion from 3 to 6 June 2019 and 7 reciprocal actions to be held in Australia, Mozambique, India and Tanzania, in cooperation with Akum Agency on the Big Sound Festival for Australia, Azgo Festival, Franco-Mozambicain Cultural Centre and OTHAMA for Mozambique, Indiearth Exchange and Jodhpur Riff for India and Sauti Za Busara for Tanzania. These actions include training and professional exchanges, as well as the promotion of IOMMA in other markets. |
