This project includes the design, build, finance, operation, and maintenance of several new buildings and centers at Higher Education Institutions in Ireland.The different project sites included in the bundle are as follows:Waterford Institute of Technology - 12800 sq m - construction of a new Engineering, Computing, and General Teaching Building at WIT’s Cork Road CampusLimerick Institute of Technology - 5200 sq m - construction of a new Applied Science & IT building on the LIT Moylish campus. The building will accommodate science labs, flat teaching facilities, computer labs, tutorial rooms, breakout and meeting spacesLetterkenny Institute of Technology - 5100 sq m - construction of a Library and General Education Building which will accommodate a learning resource center, IT and innovation laboratories, online learning delivery rooms, and classroomsGalway-Mayo Institute of Technology - 5500 sq m - construction of a new STEM building, which will include labs, multi-purpose rooms, lab support rooms, seminar rooms, and classroomsCarlow Institute of Technology - 6100 sq m - construction of additional space for STEM provision
