The project includes a 200 kW / 4 MWh battery system paired with a planned 570 kW solar array, aiming to reduce annual electricity costs by up to $300,000 and provide up to two weeks of emergency backup power. The project is supported by a $4.1 million award from the U.S. Department of Energy and is scheduled to be operational in 2027. |
