Isaacs Houses Public Housing Funding Vote

planned

Residents of the Isaacs Houses public housing complex in Yorkville, Manhattan, voted on whether to leave the traditional Section 9 funding program and join alternative funding models involving private investors and managers, specifically the New York City Public Housing Preservation Trust or the RAD-PACT program. The vote was to decide the future financial model for funding major repairs and renovations of the complex.
