The project involves the reconstruction of the Issyk-Kul hotel-shopping complex  in the city of Bishkek and the development of new complexes for protocol and ceremonial servicing official visits, meetings and receptions of the foreign delegations of official and state level. It also comprise the provision of hotel and other related services by attracting private investments within the framework of public private partnership.
