FuteBola from Portugal, together with its partners Hate Fighters Network from Serbia, Educazione Benessere from Italy and ITF Taekwon-do club Levski Angels from Bulgaria would like to implement project “It’s a Mind Game” in order to address issues of mental health crisis among children and young people through sport. Main aim: To enhance the physical, mental, and social well-being of children and young people through inclusive sports practices, fostering essential life skills and creating safe, supportive environments. Specific objectives: - To gather coaches, youth workers, mental health professionals, and sports practitioners from partner countries to exchange best practices on using sports as a tool for mental well-being and inclusion by month 3. - To create a Training Guidelines document that provides practical methods and strategies for using sports as a tool to promote mental health, foster inclusion, and create safe sports environments Train coaches to create safe, inclusive environments that promote resilience and empathy by month 6. - To equip coaches from grassroots sports clubs and schools across all partner countries with new methodologies on mental health, inclusion and safe sports environment by month 9 - To raise awareness among young people, sports organizations, and policymakers about the benefits of inclusive and mental health-friendly sports environments
