Ivanhoé Cambridge’s overall investment totals more than £170 M. The 275,000 square-foot (25,600 m2) neo-gothic property was built in the early 1990s by the Prudential and is leased to London Underwriting Center. “3 Minster Court meets our investment objective to build critical mass of high-quality assets in London.
