Ivanhoé Cambridge acquires, through a forward funding transaction, HUB 247, a 9,000 m2 office building under construction in the Nanterre Cœur Université eco-district developed by Bouygues Immobilier. Completion of the project is expected in early 2020. This high-quality office project is located adjacent to the new Nanterre Université station served by regional rail lines A and L, in an extension of La Défense and the Terrasses de l’Arche. It fits in perfectly within this new lifestyle hub and eco-district blending culture, leisure and services.
