J Centra is a 500-unit multifamily residential project located in Burlington, New Jersey. The development comprises 20 buildings on a 46-acre site, including 452 apartments with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, and 48 townhouse-style units with garages. Twenty percent of the units are designated as affordable housing. The project features amenities such as two clubhouses with outdoor kitchens, courtyards, lounge areas, pools, a grand clubhouse with a fireplace lounge, bar, gaming area, coworking stations, pet spa, fitness center with yoga studio, pickleball and tennis courts, playground, dog park, and walking trails.
