JA Europe is the largest and leading non-profit organization in Europe dedicated to equipping young people with the skillset and mind-set to create sustainable businesses, find meaningful employment, and build thriving communities. The association is supporting its 42 member organisations all across Europe and through its wide-network by designing and implementing Entrepreneurship, Employability and Financial Literacy Programmes at all levels of education. Last school year, the JA network in Europe reached over 6.7 million young people learning experiences across the network with the support of over 86,000 business volunteers and 95,500 teachers/educators. JA builds strong business-education partnerships and works closely with governments and policy-makers for system change. These actions widely support the strategic priorities set out by the European Commission. Main work streams within the 4 established pillars set-up to reach the general and specific objectives of the grant: 1) Accelerate Digital and AI: Focus on accelerating innovation in education; facilitating the process of incubating and scaling successful approaches; and promoting and enabling access opportunities for digital inclusion 2) Empower the Underserved to Succeed: Focus on promoting inclusiveness in education by growing JA Europe’s footprint in underserved markets across the region and promoting a greater programming for disadvantaged youth 3) Cultivate Partnerships: Pursue European partnerships that allow JA to be more efficient, grow impact and ensure sustainability to increase social impact of entrepreneurship education 4) Strengthen OneJA to be sustainable: Develop strong mechanisms to support teamwork, peer-to-peer networking project collaboration and leverage expertise;
