JENNINGS MILL PKWY EXT FROM EPPS BRIDGE ROAD TO SR 316

The project begins at the intersection of the Oconee Connector and SR 316 and runs northeast along the Oconee Connector to its intersection with Jennings Mill Road. From here the project spans the SR 10 Loop (Athens Perimeter Highway) with a bridge and continues northeast on new location before following the existing alignment of Jennings Mill Parkway and ends at the Jennings Mill Parkway intersection with Epps Bridge Road. The project consist of a 4 lane divided roadway with a 20 foot raised median from the Oconee Connector to Frontage Road East, and a 5 lane section with a footprint for a future 20 foot raised median from Frontage Road East to Epps Bridge Road. The project will have a 5 foot sidewalk along both side of the mainline. The project also proposes to construct a half diamond interchange at SR10 Loop with northwest facing ramps. Additional improvements include the relocation of Jennings Mill Road on the south side of SR 10 Loop that would bend the roadway at the ramps
