The agreement involves supplying four LNG cargoes per year, approximately 270,000 tonnes per annum, on a delivered ex-ship basis from 2027 for ten years. The LNG will be used to operate Torrent Power's 2,730 MW combined cycle gas-based power plants and support the City Gas Distribution arm for household, commercial, industrial consumers, and CNG vehicles. |
