This project involves the construction of 6,670 meters of roads, including motor vehicle lanes, non-motor vehicle lanes, sidewalks, green belts, transportation facilities, rain and sewage pipe networks and other supporting facilities in Qingyuan District, Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province, China. The project also includes installation of garbage collection system, revetment flood control, public toilets, outdoor fitness facilities, open-air courts, water supply and drainage infrastructure, electricity backbone and lighting. Total investment stands at $94.24 million. Sponsors are Ji'an Qingyuan Development Group Co. (99%.9%) and Ji'an Jinyuan Construction and Installation Co (0.01%) and the project company is Ji'an Qingyuan District Jiqing North Construction Engineering Management Co., Ltd. The project is developed under BOT mode for a period of 20 years.
