Description | In Aug 2012, a local pirate company Zhuzhou Yifeng Green Energy Company Limited signed an agreement with the Jiangan County Government to build and operate a biomass power plant in Jiangan County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province. The total investment was US$ 59.91 million (RMB 371.205 million) and Zhuzhou Yifeng Green Energy had a 100% in the project. The electricity generation capacity of the plant was 30 MW. A special purpose vehicle, Yibin Yifeng Green Energy Company Limited was set up to implement the project. The concessional period of the project was unknown. |
