Construction commenced in Nov 2011 and was completed in August 2013. The total investment for the Dalupu wind farm was US$ 70.81 million (RMB 447 million). The total capacity of the plant was 48MW. The concession term was not reported in the media. China Windpower had a 69.4% stake in the project. |
