Description | On September 20, 2017, construction of the Jiangmen City Xinhui District East Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase III and Associated Pipelines commenced in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. The sponsor was a local private company Anhui Guozhen, which won the PPP contract through competitive negotiation. The total investment was US$ 30.39 million (RMB 205.34 million). The concession term was 30 years including 1 year for construction. The treatment capacity of the facilities was 50000 tons per day and the length of the sewerage collection pipelines was 15.9 km. A special purpose vehicle Jiangmen City Xinhui Dongjiao Wastewater Treatment Company Limited was locally established to implement the project. |
