Ltd. signed a 25 year agreement to build and operate a sewerage treatment plant in Feng County, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The total treatment capacity was 40,000 cubic meters per day. Chongqing Kangda Environmental Protection Co. Ltd. invested RMB 50 million (US$ 6.04 million) in the plant and owned 100% of the project.
