Description | Golden State Environment signed an agreement in March 2008 to construct Jiangsu Jintan City No. 1 Wastewater Treatment Plant with a capacity of 30,000 cubic meters per day in Jintan City, Jiangsu Province. The project was procured via competitive bidding. Golden State established a project company, Golden State (Jintan) Water Affairs Co. Ltd., to operate the facility for 30 years before transferring it back to the local government. The total investment was US$ 10 million and Golden State owns 100% of the project. |
