Description | China Water Affairs Group (Hong Kong) signed an agreement in May 2008 to construct a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 15,000 cubic meters per day in Wannian County, Jiangxi Province. The project was procured via competitive bidding. China Water Affairs Group would operate the facility for 29 years before transferring it back to the local government. The total investment was RMB 20 million (US$ 2.86 million) and China Water Affairs Group owns 100% of the project. |
