Description	In March 2005, Panriver Investment, a subsidiary of Hong Kong based Panva Gas Holding Ltd, acquired 100% of state-owned Jianyang Natural Gas Company for US$3.44 (RMB 28.5 million) from the Jianynag Development Bureau. After the transaction, Jianyang Natural Gas Compan was renamed Jianyang Panva Gas Company and was granted a 30 year exclusive concession to build and operate the natural gas network in Jianyang city. Hong Kong based Panva Gas Holding Ltd was a publicly traded company in the Hong Kong stock exchange and was principally focused on commercialization of natural gas and liquefied petroleum in China mainland.
