Description

Description	The project involves the investment, financing, reconstruction, operation and maintenance of a network of 36.78 KM secondary urban roads in Jiaozuo City, Boai County, Henan Province of China. The existings roads will be designed according to the standard of two-way four-lane first-class highway. The project is divided in 2 phases. The first phase of the project includes Boai County Urban Development Avenue, Jianshe Street, Dahua Street, Qingyiyuan East Road, Mingyue Street, Zhuyuan Road, West Section of Wenhua Road and the northern section of Yucheng Road totaling 19.17 KM; while the second phase includes Zhongguang Road, Huancheng South Road, Tuanjie Road, Harmony Road, Yucheng Road, Yueshan Road, Zhanqian Road, Geqian Street and Baishan Road Northa totaling 17.61 KM. The project cost amounts to CNY 576.38 million or $ 84.06 million. The project is structured under ROT model for a concession period of 15 years. The return mechanism is fixed government payments.
