Description | 49. 5MW wind farm located in Baicheng City of Jilin Province, China and developed by Sino-Norwegian joint venture Ao Lu Jia partially owned by Norway's NBT AS. Financial closing was achieved in the first half of 2011 (according to a report in June 2011), according to the local government website. The total investment is RMB 500 million. Accordint to one official article, generators had been being installed by the end of 2010. It is therefore conservatively estimated that the project could become operational by the end of 2012.
