Description

Description	The Jilin Taobei Baoshan Wind Farm Project consists of a 49.5MW windfarm and 220KV substation in Baicheng City, Jilin Province, China. The wind farm construction involved the utilization of 33 Suzlon S-82 1.5MW wind turbines, manufactured in Tianjin, China. The project sponsor was NBT (Baicheng) New Energy Development Company. In May 2010, AEI China Power Limited acquired a 67% stake in NBT. All energy generated by the project was to be sold to state offtaker Jilin Provincial Power Grid. Project total cost was RMB 397 million (US$58.06 million). Financing comprised of a RMB$397m 10-year syndicated term loan. Bank of Communications and HSBC were the joint mandated arrangers for the facility. Financing syndication closed on 27 Apr 2010.
