Description | Jinadasa developed the 1.5MW Loggal Oya mini hydropower plant, Badulla District. The project company was Cey Hydro Developers Pvt. Ltd. Reported related to the project was also the project company Loggal Oya Hydro Power (Pvt) Ltd. Construction started in August 2011. Commissioning was expected for September 2012, but was not confirmed - hence reported here as under development. The project held a generation license with the Ceylon Electricity Board for 5.0MW. Financial closure date was unavailable, but estimated at January 2012, based on 25% completion rule.
