The total investment was RMB 453.6435 million (US$73.22 million) and China WindPower had a 100% stake in the project. The capacity of the plant was 48MW. A SPV Jingmen Xiehe Wind Power Generation Company Limited was established to implement the proejct. Construction commenced in March 2013 and the power plant was put into operation in September 2014. |
