Description | In Sep 2010, a Hong Kong based company China WindPower Group Ltd. was granted an agreement to finance, build and operate the Zilingpu Wind Power Plant in Jingmen City, Hubei Province. The total investment was RMB 453.6435 million (US$73.22 million) and China WindPower had a 100% stake in the project. The capacity of the plant was 48MW. A SPV Jingmen Xiehe Wind Power Generation Company Limited was established to implement the proejct. Construction commenced in March 2013 and the power plant was put into operation in September 2014. |
