The project entails the construction of the proposed section of Jining Fuhe Comprehensive Development Road Project, located at the Weihe Bridge of Shenghua Road, Lishui, along the Weihe River Embankment via Lianshui County, Qufu City, Yinzhou District, Gaoxin District, Zoucheng City, Weishan County and Taibai Lake New District. The end point is the intersection of the river bank on both sides of the Weihe River and the east line of the Huanhu Avenue. The project is positioned as a special road integrating flood control, tourism transportation, landscape, regional transportation and functions of villages and towns along the service line. With reference to the secondary road standard, the local standard is not lower than the third-class highway standard, and the design speed is 40 km/h. The load rating is Highway-I, and the subgrade width is 9.25 meters and 14 meters. The total length of the left and right riverbanks between the starting and ending points of the route is 184.4Km, of which the length of the first demonstration section is 27.027Km, and the new length of the project is 157.373Km. The estimated total investment of this PPP project is about $ 276.22 million. The planned construction period is 24 months. Sponsors of the project are China Railway 16th Bureau Group Yongxing Investment (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (70%), China Railway 16th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (25%) and the state-owned Jining Lunan Highway Engineering Company (5%). The type of concession is BOT and the period of the contract is 15 years.
